Leading hArtfully Conversations and Coaching Collaborative

Leading hArtfully Conversations and Coaching Collaborative is a forum that brings together leadership development, coaching competencies and shared learning. This collaborative approach enables, empowers and engages individuals to lead through the heart to discover the best in others.

Participants are invited to bring new actions into their leadership practice that are aligned with their individual desired way of BEING. This approach fosters a leadership community of support while (re)connecting leaders to a sense of purpose and meaningfulness that allows them to (re)discover the joy in leading others.

The result is a transformative change in interactions, performance, and individual wellBEING.

This collaborative is a series of six 90-minute sessions over a period of 12 weeks with each collaborative session occurring bi-weekly. Leadership cohorts with up to 8 consistent participants are established to ensure safe spaces to explore together.

How You Show Up to BE Well to Foster WellBEING

How You Show Up to BE Well and Foster WellBEING is a forum that brings hArtful leadership practices, together with the science of wellBEING, to embed, embody and encourage habits and practices that amplify and elevate BEING Well. Through a strengths-based, appreciative, collaborative coaching approach, the art, heart and science of leadership and wellBEING is explored; sharing evidenced based practices, relevant research, and inspired actions.

Each session introduces a research-based element of wellBEING, together with a hArtful leadership practice that, when adopted, has the ability to foster BEING Well at the individual and team level. This brings operational, measurable and actionable practices to the leader while enabling each leader to bring the science of wellBEING into daily conversations and actions.

This program is conducted in eight weekly 90-minute sessions. Cohorts are established with consistent participants to ensure a trusting environment to learn together.

BEING hArtful: Elevating Coaching Competencies

BEING hArtful: Elevating Coaching Competencies equips coaches with essential skills, ideologies, and frameworks to bring their coaching practice forward within the organization. As a reflective practice, this program further connects the coach to their own discoveries and meaningfulness.

This program has six primary areas of development:

    1.  How you show up: discovering the best in others
    2.  Coaching fundamental principles and practices
    3.  How they show up: the doing & BEING of exceptional experiences
    4.  Holding up the mirror
    5.  Observational coaching: virtual and in-person
    6.  Practicum: putting it all together

This program offers four 90-minute workshop sessions for development areas 1-4 and an additional (optional) 60-minute workshop for the remaining development areas. Mentoring support is provided throughout and a practicum self-review occurs at the end of the program.
