1. Use of App.  Use of this app is limited to those users directly invited by Contagious Change, LLC.  Permission to use the app may be terminated by Contagious Change, LLC at any time based upon any failure of a user to comply with these terms and conditions.
  1. Account.  You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password.  You agree not to share your account, username or password at any time and to notify Contagious Change, LLC immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password.  You are solely responsible for any and all content that is posted by or through your account on the app including, but not limited to, any emails, posts and any interactions with other app users.
  1. License.  The license granted hereto is a non-exclusive, limited and revocable license to view and use the app.  You may use it only for your personal, informational, or non-commercial purposes.  No other use or reproduction of the content is authorized and such content shall be kept confidential.
  1. Limitation of Liability.  Contagious Change, LLC makes no representations, warranties or assurances of any information provided on the app.  Contagious Change, LLC expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.  
  1. Assumption of Risk.  Contagious Change, LLC and/or its agents assume no responsibility for posts, comments and/or any and all content of any kind that may be construed as offensive, distressing or inflammatory to other users, and you expressly assume the risk of reviewing such content.  You agree to use the app in a respectful and appropriate manner.
  1. Release.  You hereby release Contagious Change, LLC and its agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, rights and actions of any kind that is either directly or indirectly related to or arises from (i) the use of the app and the disclosure of your email address to Contagious Change, LLC (ii) any interactions with other app users, (iii) any incorrect or inaccurate content posted in the app, whether caused by app users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the app, or (iv) the conduct of any other app user.
  1. Indemnity.  You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Contagious Change, LLC and its agents harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to arising out of your use of the app in violation of these terms and/or arising from your breach of any of these terms.
  1. Availability.  Contagious Change, LLC and/or its agents reserve the right to change or discontinue the content on the app at any time, without notice, and with no liability to you.  These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Contagious Change, LLC regarding the use of the app and its contents.  Any failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
